- Provide mentorship and guidance to students, offering assistance with career planning and in-house certification exams.
- Participate as an instructor for Boot Camps and New Hire Orientation as needed.
- Deliver comprehensive welding courses covering structural welding, pipe welding, brazing, and soldering techniques. Act as a subject matter expert for instructional designers and content creators.

- Proven ability to teach and mentor individuals in a classroom and hands-on setting, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. Preferably 3 or more years of instruction experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training in welding education preferred.
- Experience with Instructional Design and content creation is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and industry partners in a dynamic educational environment.

- Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification required.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in structural welding, pipe welding, brazing, and soldering in a professional setting.
- Strong commitment to safety practices and procedures, with a focus on instilling safe work habits in students and proper use of PPE.
