Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
Evaluate project outcomes and recommend improvements for future projects.
Participate in software implementation projects with a focus on business processes.
Prepare and present project proposals and progress reports to leadership.
Implement financial and key business metric reporting through programs such as Power BI.
Facilitate meetings to gather input and promote collaboration among project team members.
Communicate with department leaders to gather feedback and keep them informed of project status.
Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to plan, develop, and implement special projects such as training programs and other projects related to internal processes and procedures.
Maintain project documentation and archives for future reference and evaluation.
Ensure timely completion of project tasks and objectives within budgetary constraints.
Conduct research and analysis to inform project decision-making and outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2–4 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Physical Demands: Constant sitting, walking short distances, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching above and/or below shoulder, handling/grasping documents or office equipment, clear speaking and adequate hearing sufficient to communicate effectively and respond appropriately in-person and/or on the telephone, vision sufficient to read source materials and computer screen data, repetitive motions for computer equipment use, lift 25 lbs. occasionally, 5-10 lbs. frequently to lift/carry/move objects, files and documents.
