Description

The Senior Project Engineer will lead interior finishing efforts for high‑rise residential and hotel projects, coordinating with construction teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

• Manage interior finishing activities for high‑rise residential and hotel projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate finishes with other construction trades to ensure seamless integration.
• Detect and resolve finish‑related defects or discrepancies.
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications and quality standards.

Requirements

Candidates should hold a Diploma or B.Tech and have four to six years of experience in interior finishing for high‑rise buildings, demonstrating the ability to manage a project from start to finish.

• Diploma or B.Tech in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in interior finishing for high‑rise residential or hotel projects.
• Proven ability to handle a full‑cycle project independently.
