Requirements

The company is hiring an Architectural Team Leader for its Virginia Beach, VA office. The role supports full‑time in‑person or hybrid arrangements and is open only to local candidates who already have work authorization, as visa sponsorship is not available.

In this position, the leader provides guidance, instruction, and direction to achieve discipline, individual, and team goals while improving technical competence, quality, and project efficiency. Experience across multiple Private Market sub‑segments such as retail, hospitality, mixed‑use, multi‑family, industrial, and corporate is required.

• Hold a BA/BS in Architecture and an active professional registration (Registered Architect/P.E.).
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including private‑market sectors such as retail, hospitality, mixed‑use, multi‑family, industrial, and corporate.
• Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, risk‑management, and technical discussion facilitation skills.
• Strong internal and external communication abilities and sound decision‑making based on project data.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for meetings.
