Receive and dispatch information and orders in person and by telephone and radio.
Communicate with customers or their representatives, outside agencies, and other departments.

Prepare time and mileage reports.

Must pass pre-employment validated company test(s).
PeopleSoft, SAP and Mainframe systems for work orders
Experience in monitoring and dispatching emergency work
Prior experience handling administrative responsibilities is required
Experience with computer applications including but not limited to::
Experience in entering vacation and sick time, payroll, copying, faxing, and answer incoming calls
Prior experience working and communications with outside agencies and various internal and external stakeholders
Satisfactory completion of validated skills testing (keyboarding), as determined by the Company.
Citrix Receiver/ARM FM Viewer
Ability to make arithmetical computations.
Knowledge of utilizing record filing systems for document management
Prior experience in providing exceptional customer service while sustaining attention to detail required
Experience in printing and organizing daily reports/maps for distribution
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to handle duties that require independent judgment
Ability to create queries, run and maintain various reports
The successful candidate must reside in or proximal to Troy, New York
