Proven experience in transportation design
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Experience with DOT project design and plan preparation requirements
Proven ability to successfully lead and deliver projects on time and within budget
Professional Engineer (PE) licensure (or the ability to obtain within six months)
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field
