Design civil infrastructure, including site planning and layout, roadways, drainage systems, grading, slabs, mechanical joints, asphalt, concrete works, earthworks, deep excavations, and containment structures.
Generate due diligence reports to support project planning.
Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for land development and utility design.
Conduct construction submittal reviews, calculations, and deliver other technical deliverables as required.
Conduct site investigation and due diligence, including ordinance reviews, utility service research, regulatory compliance assessments, and site visits to establish comprehensive development guidelines.
