- Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical equipment issues
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams on new product development and equipment upgrades
- Interpret and work from schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Integrate and optimize equipment including VFDs, motors, gearboxes, and servo systems
- Apply hands-on expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electromechanical systems

- Minimum 3 years of on-the-job troubleshooting experience
- Minimum 3 years of electrical engineering experience
- PPE Required: Hard hats, safety glasses, boots, industrial attire
- Experience with VFDs, motors, gearboxes, servo motors/drives
- Preferred: Associate’s degree (AA) in Engineering or related field
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings
