You will work closely with product owners to understand requirements and coordinate with developers. Responsibilities include creating, editing, and managing Jira tickets to ensure clarity and prioritization, as well as serving as both Scrum Master and Business Analyst for small projects.
You will contribute to technical documentation describing backend systems and infrastructure processes, and partner with Technical Product Analysts and Product Managers to extract data insights that enhance the developer experience.

The role is part of the Advanced Business Analysis family in India, with no travel or clearance requirements.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT, has three to five years of business analysis experience, demonstrates strong collaboration and written communication skills, pays keen attention to detail, and possesses knowledge of the healthcare domain.
Preferred qualifications include exposure to cloud infrastructure environments, a basic understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies, and experience with analytics projects or basic statistics.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT
- Bring 3–5 years of business analysis experience
- Demonstrate strong collaboration and written communication skills
- Possess healthcare domain knowledge
