  • Work with an outstanding team of specialist procurement and other specialist consultants.
  • To manage and collaborate with a team on end-to-end procurement services for major projects or programmes.

  • To support the delivery of both team and wider business targets.
  • To provide specialist procurement strategy advice to Public and Private sector clients.
  • To support on bid preparation and proposal documentation and support the work-winning capability of the Contract Services team.
  • Support the development of the procurement services provided by T&T.
  • To support business development and marketing of the Contract Services team’s service proposition.
  • Delivery of strategy and/or development of documentation in a capital project or programme environment.

  • Preferably possess experience working in Defence, Utilities, Infrastructure (roads, rail etc) sectors
  • Experience of leading and/or supporting in supplier engagement activities, to include market engagement through to contract award.
  • Have achieved - or is working towards/willing to work towards MCIPs accreditation.
  • Ability to develop procurement strategy within a project or programme context.
  • Adaptable and taking Personal Responsibility to succeed the right way.
  • Cross sector experience with Public/Utilities Contract Regulations or equivalent.
  • A strong background in tender preparation and development of respective documents in relevant sectors (including design and preparation of the process and key documentation).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience of using a range of standard form contracts including NEC and JCT, developing terms, negotiation and award.
  • Security Clearance (SC) – currently valid or could be reinstated.
  • Ability to Collaborate and develop and/or manage a team to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Preferably possess degree related to construction, civil engineering, quantity surveying, law or procurement.
  • Be able to manage multiple activities and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of commercial principles and modelling.
  • Confident, independent and able to work with autonomy without need for supervision.
  • Experience of leading and/or supporting projects in a strategic procurement environment.
