Role
Description

Work independently to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
Plan, design, deploy, and upgrade infrastructure systems and services.
Ensure successful backups and monitor backup processes.
Monitor and manage Active Directory services.
Resolve technical issues, including testing, implementing workarounds, and recommending equipment.
Update tickets accurately and promptly in the company tracking system.
Provide technical support both remotely and on-site.
Maintain and support local, global, and cloud-based applications and services.
Develop, publish, and enforce IT standards, policies, and procedures.
Deliver emergency on-call support when required.
Prioritise and escalate business-critical issues to the appropriate global technical teams.
Maintain accurate inventory of hardware and software resources.
Procure, configure, and install new servers and related hardware.
Manage warranty claims and exchanges for hardware.
Perform ongoing maintenance, system checks, and security configurations for existing systems.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft operating systems and environments.

Experience with Incident, Request, and Change control processes
Strong knowledge of Windows desktop OS
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Basic networking knowledge (VLAN, DHCP, DNS, UDP/TCP, ports)
Customer service and interaction experience
Proven organisational and communication skills
Familiarity with SOX compliance (training provided)
Ability to develop and improve system monitoring and notification processes
Willingness to perform patching and system maintenance outside normal hours
Effective communication skills for escalating issues to global technical teams.
Hands-on experience with VMware vCenter Management (7.0 or later)
Windows Server administration (2012–2022)
Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
