You’ll lead internal audits, support external certification processes, and collaborate with teams across engineering, sustainability, and digital to embed best practices into our global workflows.
As a key member of our QHSE team, you’ll ensure compliance with international standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, RISQS, ISO 19650, and PAS 2080. Your work will directly support our commitment to excellence, innovation, and environmental responsibility.
- Conduct gap analyses and benchmarking for continuous improvement.
- Develop and improve our Integrated Quality Management System (QMS).
- Lead internal audits and support external certification audits.
- Create tools, templates, and training to support compliance.
- Monitor evolving standards and advise on business implications.
- Maintain and coordinate global certification programs.

- All certifications are maintained and audits completed successfully.
- Certified Internal or Lead Auditor (ISO 9001 or equivalent).
- Degree in Engineering or Quality Management.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 (SSIP); familiarity with ISO 19650, RISQS, and PAS 2080 is a plus.
- Clear, data-driven reporting and actionable insights.
- Strong engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in a quality roles within design, consulting engineering, or construction.
