Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects from design through implementation.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering, Infrastructure Design, or related field.
Strong technical knowledge of utility systems, traffic design, and construction methodologies.
Demonstrated local experience working with municipal authorities, utility providers, and transportation agencies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and align diverse interests.
