The role supports WM drivers across residential, commercial, and roll‑off services, handling service orders, directing drivers, and coordinating with customers and internal teams using WM’s proprietary software. Shifts may include overtime, Saturday work, and up to 15 % travel.

- Troubleshoot and prevent delivery or pick‑up problems before they occur.
- Ensure same‑day service for missed pick‑ups by tracking driver movement.
