The Assistant Community Manager supports the efficient operation and financial performance of a community, reporting to the Community Manager and acting in their stead when absent.
The role oversees leasing, rent collection, expense control, marketing, resident relations, property inspections, and emergency response, while ensuring compliance with fair housing and company policies.
Candidates must have at least two years of property management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with fair housing laws, with bilingual ability and expertise in OneSite and Microsoft Office considered a plus.
