VDC Specialist

Description

• Lead and manage the 3D coordination process across all project phases.
• Create model-based visualizations that align with field activities.
• Review construction drawings for constructability and integration with models.
• Translate field operations knowledge into effective VDC strategies.
• Assist in developing site logistics plans and visual 4D schedules to support project sequencing.
• Maintain and manage model files, versioning, and documentation.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Work closely with superintendents, PMs, and trade partners to ensure models reflect real-time job site conditions.
• Identify and resolve clashes using model-based tools.
• Conduct and facilitate regular coordination meetings with design and trade partners.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn VDC software (Navisworks, Revit, CM Builder, Synchro, etc.)
• Experience with 3D/4D modeling and visualization tools preferred.
• Humility Plan tirelessly and execute fearlessly | Solve problems with relentless curiosity in search of what's possible | No obstacle is insurmountable when working backwards from the end goal.
• 1-3 years of field experience in construction (Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or similar).
• Familiarity with BIM/VDC software and coordination workflows preferred.
