Lead and manage the 3D coordination process across all project phases.
Create model-based visualizations that align with field activities.
Review construction drawings for constructability and integration with models.
Translate field operations knowledge into effective VDC strategies.
Assist in developing site logistics plans and visual 4D schedules to support project sequencing.
Maintain and manage model files, versioning, and documentation.
Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency.
Work closely with superintendents, PMs, and trade partners to ensure models reflect real-time job site conditions.
Identify and resolve clashes using model-based tools.
Conduct and facilitate regular coordination meetings with design and trade partners.
