Engage the external property consultants such as JLL, CBRE and Savills to build a strong pipeline of prospective tenants.
Seek out new alternative revenue streams for the building, including marketing, placemaking programmes and to organise programmes/initiatives/events to create a vibrant community and create signature activities/events for the building.
Assist in driving operation excellence by reviewing existing standard operating procedures such as tenant fitout guide, leasing processes etc to provide meaningful ideas that may provide value to process improvements.
Plan and execute tenants’ onboarding. Work with the team to achieve the set customer satisfaction and net promoter scores.
Be fully involved in the asset operations in Keppel South Central, including but not limited to conducting iewings/visits by prospective tenants, engage and service existing tenants on their building and space requirements.
Manage and work with the outsourced facilities management companies to ensure that the building runs well befitting of a brand new prime grade building bearing Keppel's name.

Strong communication skills.
Self driven and takes initiative, be comfortable to work with a wide group of people both from Keppel and external.
Be equipped with the fundementals of real estate operations and asset management on the ground e.g. revenue, operations, cost that builds the foundation of real estate investment and asset management.
Preferably, be interested and have experience in events organising/placemaking/online content creation.
