The Treasury Manager will lead, manage, and train treasury staff responsible for loan sales, facility compliance, and capital availability, manage capital facilities to ensure compliance, assess cash requirements, optimize capital usage, and proactively identify risks. They will develop and maintain relationships with Capital Partners, support Capital Markets team efforts to obtain new facilities, and cultivate effective relationships with origination teams and shared services partners across the organization.
The role includes establishing robust internal controls for treasury operations, monitoring and analyzing team and functional performance to identify process and efficiency improvements, and ensuring the financial reputation of the company is maintained.
We are looking for a Treasury Manager to join our team! The Treasury Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s treasury operations, including loan sales, facility compliance, and capital management. This role requires an experienced leader with strong analytical skills and the ability to lead a high-performing team, while ensuring the company’s capital resources are managed efficiently, risks are mitigated, and business objectives are supported.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, with an advanced degree or professional certification (CFA, CTP, CPA) preferred, demonstrated experience managing high‑performing teams, and proven experience in treasury, capital markets, or financial leadership. Strong knowledge of loan sales, facility compliance, and capital management, exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships are required.
