Write and edit project approaches and logistics plans, incorporating winning strategies, and demonstrate how these approaches help clients achieve their project goals.

Ensure all written content aligns with the company's brand voice and proposal guidelines.
Use hands to type, handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or control.
Work closely with leadership, marketing, and pursuit teams to ensure the accuracy and relevance of proposal content.
Translate technical construction language into clear, concise, and engaging content that is accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
Maintain boilerplate documents used for marketing, business development, and recruiting efforts.
Conduct interviews with project team members to identify project challenges and solutions and develop written content to communicate the project story for use in marketing materials.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to incorporate written content into RFQ, RFP, and award submission deliverables.

Basic understanding of the go/no-go process.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong interviewing and research skills to gather detailed project information.
Knowledge of architecture, engineering, or construction industry terminology.
Excellent time management skills; a sense of urgency.
Occasional travel will be required, primarily in the metropolitan area but sometimes domestically (must have a valid Driver’s License)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Minimum of five years of writing experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to communicate effectively to participate fully in meetings, video conferences, and phone calls.
Exceptional attention to detail, grammar, and clarity in editing technical and marketing content.
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Construction Management, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to diplomatically provide editorial feedback to subject matter experts.
Understanding of basic business development principles.
20-time Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Accredited Quality Contractor (AQC)
Ability to repeat the same movements.
Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, layman-friendly language.
