Document test results and maintain accurate production records.
Use hand tools, soldering equipment, and precision instruments to build and maintain assemblies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Inspect components for quality and ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Influence Product Design: Contribute to Design for Manufacturability and implementation decisions.
Assemble, test, and troubleshoot components, products, and systems.

Education: Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
Exposure to ERP/MRP systems or Lean/Six Sigma principles.
Familiarity with IPC J-STD-001 soldering standards.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
A&P or ASE certifications.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and preliminary documentation.
Basic knowledge of soldering, crimping, and PCBA work (training provided if needed).
Hands-On Engineering Experience: Work directly with small-scale electro-mechanical systems in a lab setting.
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments.
