You will have a good understanding of EC7 and associated UK design codes.
You will have experience in the preparation of drawing work (experience of ARC GIS Software and CAD is preferable).
Earthworks Settlement Analysis
You will have demonstrable experience and understanding of the needs and approaches to the engineering consultancy and design markets, including relationships with clients, work planning, and commercial management.
You will be experienced on the use of specialist geotechnical assessment and design software (experience of Rocscience and Geo5 software suites is preferable).
ULS and SLS analysis for foundations
You will have excellent report writing skills with the ability to self-check and produce accurate work.
You should have a degree in civil engineering or geology with a post graduate qualification in a geotechnical subject and hold chartered status as either a civil engineer or geologist.
Slope stability analysis
Excellent communication skills and confidence to liaise and build relationships with clients to support effective work winning delivery.
You will have a proven project management track record within design and build environments, with excellent communication skills.
Embankment design (including reinforced embankments)
You will have a willingness to travel on short assignments both within the UK and overseas and hold a valid UK driving licence.
