Collaborating with revenue management, marketing, operations, and asset management - this position entails the formulation of action plans to rectify areas of concern. This ensures leasing strategies are not siloed but integrated with broader business goals—especially important in dynamic markets or during portfolio transitions.

Data-driven decision making with emphasis on reporting (vacancy trends, sales KPIs, rent rolls, market surveys, traffic reports). A strong RLM possesses strong analytical capabilities to guide leasing team performances and tactics.
Fluency in both French and English is an asset.
The role calls for someone who can inspire and coach—not just manage. Emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to foster a high-performance culture are essential, especially when leading geographically dispersed teams.
Alberta rental license (RECA property management license) is an asset
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving is required.

Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
Have a thorough understanding of competing properties and current market conditions.
Familiarity with leasing platforms (e.g., Yardi, lead managing, RentCafe, CRM tools) is an asset.
Knowledge of BC and Alberta Rental market trends, especially in cities like Vancouver, Calgary, and Edmonton. Awareness of key competitors, pricing strategies, and incentive structures.
A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
Must be licensed under the Real Estate Services Act, regulated by the BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA). Rental Property Management Licence required.
