Work closely with senior IT staff on projects, migrations, and upgrades.
Assist in implementing security measures, patch management, and antivirus protection.
Participate in cross-functional ITS projects where IT systems support traffic management solutions.
Support and troubleshoot manufacturing software and ERP software
Work on cutting-edge technology that shapes the future of smart mobility.
Support and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
Monitor system performance and network connectivity to ensure reliability and security.
Assist in maintaining Active Directory, group policies, and Azure AD integrations.
Learn and contribute to hybrid cloud strategies and backup/recovery processes.
Support cloud infrastructure tasks within Microsoft Azure and VMware, including virtual machines, storage, and identity management.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers, desktops, and applications.
Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and training opportunities.
Document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.
Respond to Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

Experience with AutoCAD or Infor Cloudsuite ERP software also preferred, but not required.
Experience with PTC software, such as Creo or Windchill, preferred, but not required.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server, Windows 10/11, and Azure administration.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), or MCSA preferred (but not required).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Customer-focused approach with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Adaptability and eagerness to expand technical knowledge through training and hands-on experience.
1–3 years of IT experience in systems or network support (internships and hands-on labs considered).
