The Project Engineer will schedule subcontractors, verify material quality, complete QA/QC checklists, manage submittals and RFIs, prepare and finalize official documents, generate reports, maintain backup files, close out final quantities, negotiate extra work, handle special projects, and perform other duties assigned by the Project Management Department.
Candidates should have a high school diploma (a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred), at least two years of civil, electrical, or industrial construction experience, strong analytical and detail‑oriented skills, excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, and Viewpoint, ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and experience with Arizona DOT projects.
