Serve as the Landscape Architect for design, permitting, and construction administration of projects.
Compile construction plans from all disciplines for submission to relevant agencies.
Manage client relationships and national account programs.
Develop and utilize CAD standards and templates to streamline design processes.
Research and implement relevant codes and client requirements to ensure compliance.
Oversee and mentor the project design team, including engineers, architects, designers, consultants, and clients.
Travel periodically for business development, project management, site investigations, and construction observation, including preparing or reviewing reports and exhibits.
Prepare specifications, review shop drawings, and provide construction administration support.
Collaborate with firm landscape architects, architects, project managers, and business development teams to enhance project delivery.
Conduct quality control by reviewing documents prepared by others.
Develop, negotiate, and manage project scope, proposals, planning, schedules, budgets, and billing.
Provide expertise insights and serve as a representative at public hearings and meetings.
Prepare accurate presentations, designs, details, and construction documents in CAD, including code-compliant landscape planting and hardscape plans.

Florida Licensure or able to obtain within one (1) year of employment.
Over 3 years of US landscape experience.
Design experience in preparing master plans, visioning and site plans.
Bachelor’s in Landscape Architecture
Ability to effectively multi-task and work on multiple projects while adhering to project schedules and budgets.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook and familiarity with Deltek Vision and Smartsheet or similar software’s platforms.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup and rendering software.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
