Manage the region, including valuation flow and panel input.
Provide Market Reports and other information for Group Strategy.
Assist with Receiver of Rent, Repossession, and Power of Sale cases.
Provide high-quality professional advice as the face of the Group.
Attend Head Office for Duty Surveyor role, meetings, and projects.
Stay updated on local markets and technical developments, including HMOs.
Be the local “Gatekeeper” and expert for the post code coverage.
Support other Group business lines, including Development Finance and Due Diligence.
Comply with RICS regulations and other requirements.
Maintain local panel valuer relationships and provide input and oversight of the advice received.
