To support the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health (MEP) Technical Due Diligence (TDD), Building Energy Rating audits, and project monitoring activities for the Lenders, Investors & Insurers (LII) team.
Work closely with colleagues across Ireland and the UK, supporting cross-team collaboration and resource optimisation
Assist clients during transactions linked to energy performance.
Conduct technical reviews of installation projects, specifications, and maintenance documentation for various asset types (industrial, residential, tertiary).
Analyse regulatory compliance, design and operating conditions, and equipment lifespan.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in M&E consulting, asset management, or the built environment (desirable)

Understanding of regulatory compliance, design, and operation of mechanical and electrical systems.
Experience in a similar role, ideally within M&E consulting or the asset management sector.
Ability to analyse technical documentation and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
Exposure to technical report writing and use of surveying/reporting software
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
