Oversee retrofit projects from assessment to completion
Experience in housing retrofit projects
Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle
Knowledge of PAS 2035 & domestic energy efficiency
Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination & Risk Management (essential)
Support with professional fees & development
💼 Retrofit Coordinator – £40K–£50K + £4,500 Car Allowance – Birmingham | Hybrid | Permanent
