What you would be doing

Acting as a vital interface between the client, visitors and the ISS team, you will ensure all spaces across the building meet the highest standards of presentation, functionality, and cleanliness.

You will take ownership of day-to-day checks and coordination, ensuring meeting rooms are set up and ready, shared areas and washrooms are clean and welcoming, stationery supplies are topped up, and any faults or repairs are identified and actioned promptly.

  • Log all reactive maintenance tasks with the ISS Helpdesk
  • Maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards across all meeting rooms
  • Support visitor hosting and provide excellent service to all users
  • Respond promptly to cleaning and room alteration requests
  • Coordinate and oversee vendor services to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Conduct regular H&S checks, report hazards, and support safe operations
  • Ensure rooms are fully stocked, equipment is functional, and hospitality is in place

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with basic AV and tech setup
