Project Management Office (PMO) Coordinator

Description

The PMO Coordinator reports directly to the PMO Manager and plays a critical role in supporting the implementation and administration of the Project Management Office. Responsibilities include applying PMO standards, supporting tools rollout, monitoring compliance and facilitating communication among project teams and stakeholders.

• Establish and maintain PMO policies, procedures, and templates.
• Roll out PMO tools and methodologies across the company.
• Monitor compliance with PMO standards and advise project teams.
• Schedule meetings, record minutes, organize training, and manage project files.
• Maintain project plans, update schedules, manage task logs, and ensure compliance.
• Liaise between project teams, stakeholders, and the PMO Manager.
• Allocate tools, support, and monitor resource needs.
• Track finances, update status reports, and monitor project milestones.
• Prepare and update PMO dashboards and performance metrics.
• Bi‑annual performance reviews and ongoing feedback.

Requirements

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Construction Project Management, Civil Engineering or Architectural Technology, and at least two years of project‑management experience. Candidates must be able to work on‑site in Vaughan and be legally entitled to work in Canada.
