The Ride Plan & Dispatch Lead will oversee every component of paratransit deployments, from initial setup and daily execution to continuous improvement and driver support. This shift‑based role requires availability early in the morning, beginning at 4:30 AM Eastern Time, and involves ensuring riders are delivered to their destinations safely and on time.

Maintain and enhance on‑time performance by proactively identifying and resolving issues that prevent drivers from reaching riders on schedule.
Optimize the service's manifest (ride plan) to ensure rides fit within the available fleet, reallocating late rides to available drivers.
Identify same‑day driver schedule changes and trigger outreach for shift extensions or new shifts.
Coordinate with scheduling and front‑line teams to communicate relevant information to riders.
Propose and implement improvement strategies to better align rides with driver shifts.
Lead the night‑before ride‑plan process, preparing accurate driver and vehicle assignments for the next day.
Recommend solutions or process enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
Respond to service issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
Participate in training and development programs to stay current with industry best practices.
