Responsibilities include owning ERP and data architecture, extracting and interpreting financial, labor, equipment, and payroll data, applying statistical modeling and predictive analytics to forecast margin and risk, and delivering executive‑level ad‑hoc analysis that withstands scrutiny. The analyst will also design a small suite of standardized, fully reconciled reports and automate their delivery while maintaining audit confidence. Advanced Excel, Power Query, and Power Pivot will be used to build intuitive tools for leaders.
GeoStabilization International is hiring a Senior Business Analyst. Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must be eligible to work for any U.S. employer. The role is based in Westminster, CO (hybrid), with remote consideration for exceptional candidates.
The analyst will operate at the intersection of ERP architecture, advanced analytics, and executive decision‑making, shaping leadership’s understanding of cost, risk, margin, productivity, and execution performance across complex construction operations. Work will focus on the ERP back‑end (Trimble Viewpoint Vista preferred), translating raw transactional data into defensible, decision‑grade insight. Success is measured by trust, accuracy, and impact rather than report volume.
This position offers a clear runway to director‑level roles in Analytics, Business Systems, or Operational Strategy for individuals who demonstrate judgment, ownership, and the ability to scale impact. The work directly influences capital deployment, risk management, and protection of people and infrastructure in high‑risk environments.
Compensation ranges from $80‑$100 k plus performance bonus, equity, and full benefits. GeoStabilization International is an equal‑opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
