Chief Financial Officer

Description

• Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics
• Oversee compliance with local and international tax regulations, as well as financial reporting standards (IFRS).
• Design a long-term financial roadmap to support the company’s growth and market expansion.
• Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support scaling and expansion efforts and to optimize capital structure
• Design and maintain a structured fundraising pipeline — from investor outreach to signed term sheets — ensuring disciplined tracking, reporting, and timely execution of capital commitments.
• Implement best-in-class financial processes, controls, and systems to ensure the company is operating at maximum efficiency.
• Act as a business partner to the CEO and executive team, providing financial insights to drive strategic decision-making.
• Provide insights into cost management, profitability, and risk assessment.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
• Manage the company’s capital structure, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Lead the creation of investor materials — financial models, pitch decks, and investment memos — that communicate Humanoid’s vision, performance, and growth story with clarity and conviction.
• Ensure financial and operational risks are identified and mitigated.
• Implement and manage robust financial and operational performance metrics.
• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with its long-term goals.
• Lead all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Analyze and report financial results and key metrics to the leadership team and, in teh future, to the Board of Directors.
• Lead the implementation of relevant Internal Controls

Requirements

• Experience leading multiple funding rounds, with expertise in managing relationships with angel investors, VCs, and strategic partners.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, risk management, and financial strategy.
• Experience with financial systems, ERP implementations, and scaling operations in a fast-paced environment.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
• Track record of successful fundraising with strong connections to venture capital firms and investors, particularly in the U.S.
• Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives
• Proven experience leading an IPO process or significant fundraising efforts.
• Ability to operate strategically while maintaining a hands-on approach when needed.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in a high-growth tech or multinational multi-vertical company
• Deep understanding of financial markets, corporate finance, venture capital, and investor relations.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards and related regulations.
• Deep knowledge of the U.S. and European financial and investment landscape.
