Assist with Manufacturing Execution System (MES) configuration and support
Manage projects to ensure deliverables are met, with post-production launch support and continuous improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points, inefficiencies and opportunities
Define opportunities when identified and work cross-functionally to determine business impacts, request system changes and coordinate testing prior to implementation in live environment
Troubleshoot system/order errors for production and assist all other functional areas in troubleshooting system errors
Set up systems and parameters to support new products, align with business solution architect to align on strategic solution approaches and priorities, and gain solution alignment with stakeholders
Train and provide subject matter expertise for Marvin staff on system capabilities and functions
Provide expertise within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environment including and not limited to order management, order holds, ETO orders, calcs, routings, family and features, bill of materials, and process flow
Partner with business analysts and programmer analysts to share best practices to maximize the benefits of new solutions

Demonstrated working knowledge of systems supporting manufacturing process; knowledge of Marvin internal manufacturing IT systems is desired
Previous project team experience is required

Testing skills and the ability to execute test cases
Must have strong, demonstrated analytical skills – including how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application, data and operational requirements
5+ years of manufacturing experience is preferred; but not required
