Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Site Supervisor based in Gurgaon. The Interior Site Supervisor will oversee and manage interior construction sites, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and meet design and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring project timelines, handling team supervision, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality protocols. The role also entails addressing on-site challenges and maintaining regular communication with clients and the design team.

Requirements

• Effective team management and coordination skills, along with the ability to resolve site challenges swiftly
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proven experience in site supervision, project management, and construction oversight
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and technical documentation
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards
• Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD or SketchUp), and previous experience with design and build projects is a plus
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques
