The incumbent will perform civil works such as excavation, concreting, formwork, reinforcement, foundations, and paving, following approved drawings, method statements, and ADNOC standards. Acting as a Job Performer under the ADNOC Permit‑to‑Work (PTW) system, they must ensure compliance with permit conditions, HSE requirements, risk assessments, and Job Safety Analyses. Coordination with the Permit Holder, Area Authority, and HSE team is required before and during execution, along with proper use of PPE, tools, and equipment. The role includes monitoring progress, reporting unsafe conditions or deviations, supporting inspections and quality checks, maintaining site housekeeping, and stopping work immediately if unsafe conditions arise.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline and possess an ADNOC‑approved Civil Job Performer certification. At least three years of civil construction experience on oil and gas projects, particularly within ADNOC facilities using the PTW system, is required. Strong knowledge of ADNOC PTW, LSR, and HSE standards, the ability to read civil drawings and method statements, and expertise in excavation safety, formwork, concrete work, and rebar installation are essential. Effective communication, crew supervision skills, and a safety‑conscious, disciplined approach are also expected.
