Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with our construction teams
Ability to conduct low–level site visits and support our current Health & Safety Advisor
Enjoy a hands–on, dynamic work environment where your initiative and problem–solving skills are highly valued
Relevant health and safety qualifications, such as NEBOSH or IOSH certifications, or a willingness to study for these qualifications
Proficient in navigating documentation and accreditation portals, with strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office
A valid driver's license to facilitate site visits and travel as needed
Couple of years of site experience, ideally with a background in construction or a related field
Proactive mindset with a drive to identify and address safety concerns, learn from mistakes, and continuously improve
