Understand the turnkey shop fit process including all elements we deliver (shop fronts, joinery, electrical, lighting, plumbing, shelving, counters, back of house, refrigeration, heating & cooling, ventilation). Extensive training and support will be provided
Either have existing CAD training and certification, or undertake the training
Commercial mindset
Understand how to work with other specialist tradesman (electricians, plumbers, builders, principle contractors). Communication skills are key here
The role will require frequent travel and some overnight stays
