The Finance Manager will support the North America Child Care business, including the Pull‑Ups and Goodnites brands, acting as the financial advisor to the Child Care General Manager and team. This position reports to the CFO of Personal Care and is based in Chicago, IL.
You will influence the organization by balancing market share, top‑line growth, profitability, and balance‑sheet efficiency to create long‑term shareholder value. You will identify relevant issues, clarify strategic choices, and bring a point of view that shapes the direction of the business.
Provide financial counsel to the Child Care brand leadership through meaningful analysis of current performance, the 3‑year strategic plan, annual budget, monthly forecast, and innovation pipeline. Articulate choices relative to projected business plans and discrete projects.
Support the monthly integrated business planning process by participating in all meetings and leading the Integrated Reconciliation meeting. Cultivating a cross‑functional network and developing a deep understanding of the Child Care businesses is key to delivery.
Offer thought leadership and sound business management by recommending courses of action to achieve brand and sector goals, including ROI analysis of past and future investments such as innovation, trade, promotions, A&P, and capital spend. Provide business knowledge and problem‑solving capabilities for decisions on market growth, go‑to‑market strategies, and investments.
Embrace a continuous‑improvement mindset to enhance the quality and productivity of the Personal Care Finance team. Act as a source of business insight to ensure sound analyses across a wide range of decisions.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field, 6+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, strong organizational skills, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. Excellent oral, written, and presentation abilities are essential for confident, results‑oriented communication.
Preferred qualifications are a Master’s degree in Business, experience providing financial expertise to consumer product businesses, a background in product innovation commercialization, and the ability to work and influence in a matrix organization.
