Abide by Atlas' health and safety policies and procedures and promote the Atlas's Safety requirements to staff, vendors and clients.
Ensure projects are completed safely in a timely manner and within budget constraints of the project.
Communicate on a regular basis with Atlas staff and management.
Manage existing Building Science staff, Projects and Clients, to include client communication, project budgeting, technical proposal preparation, contract management, report preparation, report review, project invoicing and assistance with AR Collections.
Work with Atlas team to develop new projects and new clients in the New England Area.
Assist in the oversight and mentoring of Atlas staff.

Bachelor of Arts or Science
Licensed Asbestos Project Designer, Asbestos Inspector and Asbestos Management Planner
Accomplished Client Manager with at least 10 years managing clients.
Ability to travel, 15% of the time
Ability to communicate well and work in a team setting.
Ability to pass a Background Check for work with state and local governments along with defense contractor clients
Must have a valid Driver’s License, ability to pass a Driver Background Check, and have reliable transportation
Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Knowledgeable of a state and federal asbestos regulations, particularly AHERA, NESHAP, OSHA as well as MA and NH asbestos regulations.
Excellent Technical Writing Skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and PDF tools.
Experience with asbestos, mold, and lead related projects.
At least 15 years of experience as staff manager, Project Manager and Business Development in the Building Science field.
