Collaborate with engineering, production, and safety teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform in-process and final inspections on repaired and refurbished turbine and rotating machinery components to verify compliance with engineering and customer specifications.
Oversee and document quality verification processes in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Maintain meticulous inspection records, calibration logs, and traceability documentation to support audits and customer reporting.

Detail-oriented, disciplined, and committed to maintaining the highest levels of safety, compliance, and workmanship on the shop floor.
Familiar with gas or exhaust turbines, rotating machinery, or power generation systems (experience in NRC-regulated or nuclear environments highly beneficial).
