The Field Supervisor – Service will act as the technical liaison between area executives, employees, and customers. The role involves attending examiner reporting sites to collect feedback, planning daily schedules, conducting annual equipment surveys, and establishing preventive repair plans.
The supervisor will lead safety initiatives, including toolbox talks, fatality‑preventive audits, and ensuring adherence to EH&S policies. Regular inspection, random quality checks, and monitoring callbacks are performed to maintain service quality and reduce re‑work.
Commercial duties include meeting clients to build rapport, handling contract renewals, negotiating pricing, and managing conversions, invoices, and payments. The supervisor also tracks opportunities for new business, acquisition targets, and updates the system with conversions and recoveries.
