Work with program and product teams to define outcomes from digital investments and transformation initiatives. Develop ROI models and dashboards as needed to help business and IT understand and support value being delivered
Create an integrated view of outcomes and value delivered across investments. Work with teams to understand differences between forecast and actuals for insight into acceleration and deceleration of value realization
Work with Finance and Tech teams to ensure costs are being properly captured and allocated between program areas, capex and opex. Set up the mechanisms to automate the financial processes, reduce manual effort and increase accuracy of the numbers
Provide structure and organization to strategy and planning work that sets and resets the technology investments and priorities. Work with the team to establish and run the process, set milestones and artifacts for strategic planning and prioritizing. Work with the tech and business teams to align their work and outputs with a common set of deliverables.
Lead efforts across teams to integrate strategic plans, roadmaps, resource needs, and co-dependencies into top down view of the plans and outcomes. Prepare necessary leadership team updates and documents for communicating with the Executive Leadership Team, Board and other critical stakeholders including strategy and budget target reviews
Identify key cost drivers and analyze opportunities and risks within categories, e.g., software purchases and renewals, FTE additions and attrition, professional services. Work with Finance and tech leaders to help frame in a way that drives clarity on the implications of certain spend decisions ahead of commitments
