What you would be doing
drawing creation

  • Perform plant tasks as assigned
  • Learn about other CalPortland departments and interface as required
  • Assist Automation team as required
  • Create and/or modify drawings as needed for projects, plant improvements or in response to plant requests
  • Perform data collection for power system studies
  • Assist in routine housekeeping and maintenance of the facilities
  • Carry-out and practice all Safety training and Company policies in the CalPortland workplace
  • Provide help, designing and budgeting for projects at multiple plant locations
  • Attend summer intern orientation event at corporate headquarters in Las Vegas, NV

  • Complete Safety and MSHA training and any other site/job specific required training
