The Practice Leader will market and win work, lead business development, and manage key client relationships. Core duties include conducting vehicle accident reconstructions, premise liability and mechanical failure analyses, and providing expert testimony in depositions and trials. The leader will also author professional publications, engage in professional societies, and mentor a growing forensic engineering team.
The position offers significant autonomy to direct and grow the business, with support from accounting, administrative, marketing, IT, recruiting, and production teams. Success in this performance‑based environment can lead to ownership opportunities.
Candidates must have 10+ years of forensic experience, including at least five years managing projects, and hold a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license. Preferred credentials include ACTAR certification and proficiency with AutoCAD, MathCAD, and VCrash. Strong business development, client management, communication, leadership, and staff mentorship skills are required.
