The Senior Space Data Manager leads strategic data excellence within the Occupancy Planning team, overseeing data integrity, CAFM system management, and drawing documentation across client portfolios while serving as the primary liaison for database and application support. This position combines superior client relationship management with strategic thinking to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive stakeholder decision‑making.
Day‑to‑day, you will own space data quality, manage CAFM/IWMS portfolios, and ensure consistent processes for data change requests, chargeback reporting, and financial data accuracy, while governing electronic drawing storage and providing expert consultation to clients.
- Own space data quality and accuracy, serving as single point of contact for CAFM/IWMS database, drawing, and application maintenance.
- Lead data management, tracking agreed space and occupancy data, governing data feeds, and ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.
- Manage chargeback operations, maintain CAFM alignment, create and issue chargeback reports, and ensure financial data accuracy for client billing.
- Oversee electronic and drawing storage, update as‑built changes, and govern document control processes.
- Act as liaison between client and data integrity teams, process inbox requests, and provide expert consultation.
- Improve data management processes to reduce complexity, increase efficiency, and produce critical stakeholder reports.
- Support solutioning, maintenance, and optimization of integrated technology ecosystems.

The role requires at least three to five years of experience with CAFM/IWMS platforms (preferably TRIRIGA), strong AutoCAD skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex spatial data to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- 3–5 years experience with CAFM/IWMS systems (preferably TRIRIGA) in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing management and spatial documentation.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for large data set manipulation and PowerPoint presentation preparation.
- Strong data analytics background and ability to consolidate data for stakeholder communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail and problem‑solving through root‑cause analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Data Analytics, Business Administration or related field.
- Experience with Power BI and other business intelligence platforms.
- Background in corporate real estate, facility management, or space planning.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, or advanced data science techniques.
- Experience with process improvement, change management, or operational optimization.
- History of mentoring, leading cross‑functional projects, or driving organizational transformation.
Benefits
Compensation is estimated between $100,000 and $115,000 annually, and the position is remote with locations in Charlotte, NC; Columbus, OH; Indianapolis, IN; and Tallahassee, FL.
