Customer Service Officer

Description

• Interact with customers via phone and email to manage quotes and queries
• Follow up on quotations and inquiries, working with stakeholders to convert them into sales opportunities
• Collaborate with warehouse, inventory and sales departments to meet delivery windows, product specifications and timetables
• Nurture and grow customer relationships to uncover new business and sales opportunities

Requirements

Orrcon Steel Manufacturing is seeking a Customer Service Officer for its Salisbury sales team. In this role you will ensure exceptional customer service, acting as the key point of contact for sales and service enquiries. Your can‑do attitude and communication skills will be fully utilised as you provide product and pricing advice, key orders and quotations, and manage a variety of day‑to‑day tasks.

• Experience working in a customer service or sales environment
• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
• Proactive approach to building constructive and effective relationships
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and willingness to undergo relevant training
• Ability to work closely with others in a team‑based environment
