- Preferable understanding of BIM concepts and its relation to project controls (4D and 5D)
- Strong knowledge of CESMM4 and how to measure civil engineering works.
- Degree (or equivalent) with a numerate qualification
- Good understanding of NEC3 contracts.
- Preferrable previous experience with HS2 processes and reporting requirements
- Previous experience of cost management systems within a major civil engineering project (preferable with previous civils experience - such as Site Agent)
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office (strong Excel skills)
- Previous knowledge of construction scheduling using Primavera P6
