- Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and a safe working environment.

- Oversee the end-to-end production process from planning and scheduling to production and shipping.
- Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, and Strategic Procurement teams to align on customer needs.
- Monitor production costs, forecast future expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage the annual manufacturing operations budget.
- Lead and develop a team of managers, supervisors, and operational staff.
- Lead HSE initiatives and maintain strict compliance with environmental regulations.
- Ensure efficient use of resources (labor, materials, equipment) to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
- Optimize inventory management practices to reduce downtime and excess stock.
- Develop and execute manufacturing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Regularly report on manufacturing performance, challenges, and successes to Business Unit head and stakeholders.
- Manage audits and inspections and ensure the organization is in compliance with relevant certifications (e.g., ISO, OSHA).
- Drive the adoption of new technologies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide strategic direction and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence.
- Maintain and improve product quality by overseeing quality control processes and systems.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on key metrics, project statuses, and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with Bid Management to ensure alignment between production schedules and customer demand.
- Stay current with new manufacturing technologies, automation trends, and industry advancements.
- Collaborate with finance to ensure the manufacturing operation meets financial targets.
- Identify and implement best practices to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and improve throughput.
- Work closely with the supply chain department to ensure the timely procurement of raw materials.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions when needed.

- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience with automation and advanced manufacturing technologies.
- Travel may be required to other manufacturing sites or supplier locations.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement practices.

- Proven ability to manage large teams and cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and other manufacturing software.

- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
