The role assists the Reliability Engineering team by performing data analysis, maintaining asset records, and supporting preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
- Assist Reliability Engineers with data analysis, part categorization, and usage rate tracking.
- Review drawings and field labels to build cross‑references with standardized asset names.
- Collect and analyze downtime data in Prodac and the CMMS, trending critical equipment failures.
- Standardize failure modes and create preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
- Create hyperlinks between PDFs, service requests, BOMs, and manuals to speed parts requests.
- Document and update asset information in drawings, recommending efficient sorting methods.
- Optimize spare‑parts inventory to support preventive and predictive maintenance inspections.
- Support root‑cause analysis by gathering evidence and data.
- Develop and update CMMS SOPs, work instructions, test scripts, and training videos.

The ideal candidate is a 3rd or 4th‑year university engineering student, preferably in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Electrical engineering, proficient in MS Excel (including PivotTables, charts, and look‑ups), AutoCAD, MS Word and PowerPoint, and possesses troubleshooting capability. The candidate should be a self‑starter, eager to work, and able to contribute to reliability initiatives.
- Must be a 3rd or 4th‑year engineering student (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Electrical) with strong Excel, AutoCAD, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
- Demonstrate troubleshooting ability and a self‑starting, eager attitude.
